Lilli Pilli FC dedicates two rounds of the winter football season for its players, teams and families to embrace the annual #playinpurple campaign through Pankind. Players of all ages wear Pankind purple socks (at home and away) and help us not only raise funds but also raise much needed awareness for Pancreatic Cancer. We want to help Pankind improve outcomes for Australians impacted by pancreatic cancer.
Fund raising helps to support groundbreaking medical research. Early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes signs or symptoms, which can make it difficult to diagnose, that is why breakthroughs in early detection are so important.
