REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We’re delighted to be welcoming new and returning players to our great club. We’re planning a huge year for players of all ages and all grades.

The national registration system is new and as a result there are a few new requirements of all people registering. 
PHOTOS: Please have a player photo on-hand. All participants U10 and above will need to load a new photo. Passport style, no hats, no sunglasses and no filters.
CLAIM YOUR PROFILE IN THE NEW SYSTEM: Please try and use the same credentials (google/Facebook/email address) you have used previously to register.
DESKTOP EASIER THAN MOBILE: Whilst it works on mobile, we strongly recommend participants register through a desktop browser. A large proportion of the problems people have experienced with the new system relate to mobile browsing.
USE THE HELP DESK: If you have tried and failed to register through the new system please contact the Playfootball Help Desk. Email: support@playfootball.com.au and phone Mon-Fri 10am - 9pm 
REGISTER YOUR CHILD IN YOUR CHILD’S NAME: If you are a carer or parent, please be careful to register in the player’s name (this has been a common problem in early registrations on the new system)
ID DOCUMENT SIGHTINGS: You will be asked about identification / evidence of your address and DOB. This really only applies to players brand new to Sutherland Shire Football. We recommend for all other registrations you note for reference the document (passport/license) you used to originally identify yourself if possible. In Feb/March Lilli Pilli will be required to cite DOB and address documentation for all players new to Shire Football. We will provide you with details of how/when we will do this.
ALL PAYMENTS ONLINE:  Please have a Visa or MasterCard Debit or Credit card on-hand. All registrations require online payment. This is a Football Australia requirement.
REGISTRATION FEES: You may notice you immediately pay Football Australia, Football NSW and Sutherland Shire Football when you register. The Lilli Pilli Club portion of the fee accounts for several additional weekly Sutherland Shire Association Fees, Sutherland Council leasing and lighting charges, Referee Fees and numerous other costs that we incur to keep our club running. Importantly, we don’t profit from registration fees.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS: There are NO online family discounts possible in the new system. We will publish redemption details for families with 3 or more family members. This redemption process will require all family registrations to have been paid in full online.

SELECTION INFORMATION

For all registered players, we conduct selection and grading sessions.  These are the dates, times and locations for 2025.

UNDER 6 ORIENTATION & GRADING DAY

For all girls and boys turning 5 or 6 in the 2025 calendar year.
SATURDAY 8th FEBRUARY 2025 @ 5sports Endeavour 8:30am to 10.00am
Please check-in 20 minutes prior Players should wear boots and shin-pads

MINIROOS SELECTION DAY

Under 7s through to Under 11s SATURDAY 15th FEBRUARY 2025 @ 5Sports Endeavour
Please check-in 20 minutes prior All these Miniroo trials are for girls and boys (regardless of whether they are part of a special request or not. We’d like to see all registered players attend). Players should wear boots and shin-pads
